Equipped with hardened steel gears sliding on material plastic bushings, and a piston rack designed to withstand the pressure of the hardest sausages. Features a 2-speed gear drive. Includes a three (3) polyethylene funnel set: 3/8”, 5/8”, and 1”. Designed for easy and fast breakdown for cleaning. Features Technical Complete stainless steel construction. Stainless steel 18/10 cylinder with no edges inside and no weld residues. Hardened steel gears sliding on bearings. Forward-backward feeding system with two speeds. Piston valve allows excess air to escape and automatically closes when the piston touches the meat. Sanitary Can be completely disassembled for easy and accurate cleaning.
