Features Technical The high-quality aluminum body and stainless steel bowl withstand heavy usage. Motor and bowl are placed side by side to keep motor heat away from the food. The patented VARIOTRONIC self-monitoring speed control allows for precise processing of each product. See-through lid with a 1 ¼” wide feed opening (2” on the C9 VV) for adding products while the machine operates. Includes cap to prevent spills. The bowl has a special thermal diffusion bottom for use on the stovetop. Handles on the bowl provide easy removal and handling. Sealed motor and knife shafts to prevent leaks. Safety One interlock turns the machine off when the bar securing the lid is moved. A second interlock stops the machine and prevents it from starting when the lid is not in place.
