- Powerful vacuum cooking appliance that uses a water circulation system outside the tank, so as to be able to exploit all the available space of its 70 liter tank capacity. - The insulated lid, the generous power of 7.5 Kw and the powerful water circulation system ensure excellent heating speed and perfect uniformity in heat distribution. - The Wi-food touch control allows accurate temperature management with a Delta T precision of just 0.2 °C. The control can be used through our free SRCS (Sirman Remote Control System) app, downloadable for both the Android and iOS systems. Usable in both Celsius and Fahrenheit degrees, with 10 programs that can be stored directly on the machine and an infinite number of programs that can be managed via the application. - The machine can be connected to the water system via two practical taps located on the front, thus managing loading and unloading of water directly from the machine. Optionals: - Dedicated stainless steel cabinet with intermediate shelf. Possibility of integrating Ghost 30, the built-in vacuum packaging machines.
